This is a vacuum sealed, double skin Stainless steel flask with 3 inner stackable stainless Steel pots ( with plastic lids).  

The thermos comes in a handy thermally efficient external carry case.

The capacity of the flask is 3.5 litres and in our tests held food at eating temperature for 6+ hours. Our test video (attached) shows our pie in the largest of the 3 post, with gravy and mash in the other 2.

We recommend cooking all your food as normal, transfer your hot food into the stackable pots up all at the same time and place/ lid in the large Thermos. If you want longer temp control, pre heat the outer flask with boiling water, and empty out just before loading in the tubs, lids intact.

The carry case has space for you to add cutlery, condiments as required. I
