The OG that started it all! The family favourite that made us love pastry (and Malbec).

Packed full of slow roasted prime steak under the influence of Argentinian Malbec.

This lightly warming little cowboy is just pure naughty! Extra Malbec optional :)

 Cooking Plus

We recommend cooking from frozen for 40mins at 180C (or 35mins in fan ovens). Always ensure pie is piping hot.

Top tip: cook it on the greaseproof paper to avoid to sticking to your baking tray.

You can also cook from chilled, but we recommend cooking within 48 hours of defrosting or you’ll risk a soggy bottom!! From chilled, cook for 25mins at 200C (or 180C for fan ovens).

SINGLE SERVE PIE

Our pies are hand made and weights can vary between 270g–310g. We intend our pies
to be an ample single person serving, however to accurately calculate the nutritional values we recommend weighing your pie before cooking.

 Storage Plus

The pies are delivered frozen to lock in the quality. Put them in your freezer on the day they arrive, unless your pies have fully defrosted (the gel ice pack is a great indicator, if it’s still frozen then your pies are too).

If slightly defrosted, they are still perfectly safe and good to go. You can put them in your fridge and cook within 48 hours using the chilled cook instructions.

I was surprised at how quick the pies arrived.I’d allowed 4 days, but they arrived in 2.
The pies arrived frozen so I had the choice of putting some in freezer.
The pastry on all the pies is gorgeous and we all have different filling favourites- mine is the pork filling.

We loved the mixed pie box! Great for an informal dinner party served up with some jersey royals and mixed veg. We invited some friends around and had a really fun evening tucking in to different pies and choosing our favourites. We found jersey royals and veg were a great accompaniment.
The pasty was perfect, and I'm not normally a pastry person. We could tell the quality of the meat was top notch, and there was plenty of it. I usually get our meat from the local butcher, but am happy to make an exception with these.

Only 2 pies tried to date from my sample box, Mac and Cheese currently in second place, the pastry and truffle combo was lovely but the filling lacked a bit of punch.
The Dolly Parton was a whole different experience! Full of flavour, served up with asparagus and Jersey Royals and a good drop of Bisto, delicious!
Looking forward to getting into the meat pies in the near future!

Had to get these in the oven as soon as they arrived and they didn't disappoint. Everyone around the table agreed that Pieway pies are up there with some of the best they've had and the ease of cooking them at home is even better. So flavoursome and most of all easy to get an amazing meal at home with minimal effort - will definitely be my new go to when hosting for friends.
