Mac & cheese with pecorino and a hint of truffle

Can you tell me how to get, how to get to... satisfaction street!!!

Meet Bert.

With an air of truffle indulgence, he considers himself to be more suave and mature than his best pal Ernie. He’s definitely not! But we love him anyway.

Product Details

We’ve given these pies a whole lotta love, so now it’s your turn!

1. Cook from chilled – The way we do it!

To cook them to perfection, ensure they are fully defrosted in your fridge (we suggest 12-24 hours but no longer than 48 hours). Place the pie along with its greaseproof sheet on to a baking tray, and cook in a preheated oven for 25 minutes at 200C. Or 180C for fancy fan assisted ovens.

Always ensure the pie is piping hot before serving.

Serve with extra gravy or cheese sauce & some sexy sides if you really want to show off.

2. Cook from frozen – you just need to be patient!

Place the pie along with its greaseproof sheet on to a baking tray, and cook in a preheated oven for 40 minutes at 200C. Or 180C for fancy fan assisted ovens.
Always ensure the pie is piping hot before serving.

3. Microwave – if you just can’t wait!

It may not be crisp but it will taste great.

Ensure the pies are fully defrosted in your fridge (we suggest 12-24 hours but no longer than 48 hours). Place the Pie on its grease proof paper liner on a microwave safe plate. Cook on max power (assuming 600w) for 3 minutes. Allow it to rest for 2 minutes and then Microwave on the same setting for a further 2 minutes.
Always ensure the pie is piping hot before serving.

4. AirFry, Why not!

Ensure the pies are fully defrosted in your fridge (we suggest 12-24 hours but no longer than 48 hours). We do recommend you check the instructions for your Air Fryer as there are significant differences between brands and size of fryer.

In general, pies can be heated in half the time it takes in a traditional oven and at a slightly lower temperature.

Pre heat for 2 minutes to 160oC and then place the pie on its grease proof paper in the bottom of the Air Fryer. Cook for 12 minutes and it should be ready.
Always ensure the pie is piping hot before serving.
